Structure Demolition

We handle the removal of as much or as little as the customer wants removed of the structure(s) they need removed. In some cases, foundations may be left in place to minimize the costs of demolition, if they will not interfere with plans for future construction. In some cases, where larger buildings may be built from sidewalk to sidewalk on a city block, and foundations require removal, we work with a Structural Engineer to develop a shoring plan to retain the soils in place behind the foundations, allowing the removal of the existing foundations and the construction of new foundations, in their place.
