If you have a building to bring down you have come to the right place.  We specialize in this.  As the old saying goes “the bigger they are the harder they fall”.  We take the “hard” out of the equation for our customers.  With through job planning, careful site preparation, and SAFE daily operations we bring the big ones to their knees. We constantly strive to make our operations more efficient and cost effective to our customer.

We work with the regulatory agencies who oversee asbestos and demolition projects to comply with all regulations and safely clear the structure(s) of items that could harm the environment or the safety of people. These entities in our region include EPA, KDHE, KCMO Air Quality, and MODNR.

We work with the governmental entities in each area where we work, to comply with their local requirements for managing the disconnection of utilities that serve the structures, dust control, noise control, traffic control, fencing and barricading.

We often provide the backfill of the foundation or basement of structures, where required for new construction when a basement is not part of the new construction, working in connection with a Soils Engineer (Geotechnical Engineer) to verify that the soil is acceptable for the purpose desired, and that the fill is properly placed and compacted, via nuclear compaction testing.
